I’ve mentioned the mechanics of chewing 20 times at each bite, but there’s so much more to it! Eating in a mindful manner and enjoying every mouthful may help you get to that twentieth bite and beyond in a much more ‘delicious’ way. Here’s an excellent post by life coach Marie Wetmore on just that, eating mindfully. I’d like to share it with all of you.
