One of the things that eating raw has forced me to do is to find alternatives to things in my diet that I take for granted. A discovery I’ve made for myself is the use of raw hemp seeds on salads. After completing my Year of the Detox, I feel much better and I've created some great habits! I drink a lot more water and I eat a lot more raw foods. I use less chemicals in my beauty and cleaning products. I also take more time to meditate, which has helped with my stress levels. You can read about journey in this blog.
This year, I will be continuing my quest for health. I tried to go wheat free for awhile, and although my wheat consumption has been cut by over 50%, I haven't been able to get the wheat demon off my back! I shall soldier on and keep trying though!
